Our client, a well-known financial services in Midtown, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide support to their Global Head of Human Capital. This person must be an Outlook guru as they will spend most of their day coordinating meetings with various executives and stakeholders across the company and externally. Incredible attention to detail and follow up is a must. Additionally, ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. This person should have a high-energy and positive focus as they will be an extension of their boss!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Heavy Outlook management
- Scheduling of meetings, calls and video-conferences
- Greeting incoming candidates in a welcoming manner
- Liaise with search firms and schedule catch up calls with them
- Processing reimbursements
- Proactive follow up with candidates
- Liaise with training & development teams
- Ability to learn about lateral and campus recruiting
- Light travel arrangements as needed
- Assist recruiting team with projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally 5 years of administrative experience
- Interest in HCM a plus!
- Scheduling GURU
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Incredible follow up skills
- Quick learner
- Demonstrable experience in working with multiple teams across a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
SALARY
up to $125K base + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits
HOURS
8am-5pm 4-5 x per week
