Our client, a global financial services company, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a group of Executives and their direct reports within their Healthcare team. This is a great opportunity to assist a dynamic, high-energy quickly growing firm. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of administrative experience supporting a team within investment banking. The successful candidate will be very flexible and have the ability to multi-task. They will possess confidence, have a positive attitude and be a team player. Someone with experience in client facing would be ideal in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
- Maintain schedules and calendars for the team
- Prepare and submit expenses reports using Concur
- Screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
- Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
- File, copy and scan documents as needed
- Ad hoc projects as requested
- Minimal personal Assistance as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of prior administrative support or related experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures
- Familiarity with Concur and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Skills (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Must be flexible, dependable and possess discretion
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
SALARY
$100-115K base + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus
HOURS
9:00am-5:30pm + flexibility for OT as needed
Friday's are work from home
