Our client, an external fund of a global hedge fund, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their newly launched fund and office. The ideal candidate will have a positive, upbeat attitude, a sense of urgency, be very organized and hardworking. This role will require handling calendar management, meeting logistics and acting as the team’s gatekeeper. Candidate MUST have solid EA experience, a proactive attitude and enjoy being "all hands on deck."
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive administrative support to the COO and team
- Heavy calendar management
- Arrange travel and process expenses
- Coordinate and plan meetings
- Liaise with other departments and team members
- Utilize Excel for reports
- Handling all duties with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Perform office duties as needed: liaise with vendors, take inventory and place orders, plan internal and external events
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years of admin experience
- Financial Services background highly preferred
- BA/ BS degree is highly preferred
- Must be exceptionally organized
- Must have incredible work ethic
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Adaptable to different personality types and work styles
- Experience managing schedules and projects
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
SALARY
$70-80K (DOE) + discretionary bonus
HOURS
9am-6pm + flexibility for OT as needed
