Hospitality & Recruiting Coordinator at Midtown Asset Management Firm

Our client, an Asset Management Firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a polished ambitious, resourceful Hospitality & Recruiting Coordinator to report into their Head of Recruiting/HR. This is a multi-faceted role where the successful candidate will assist with the daily logistics of the recruiting process and manage very active calendars.  As an ambassador to both colleagues, candidates and search firms, the person in this role will help create the best experience possible.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced team and add to their success. The successful candidate will be smart, engaging and have a knack for the details! This role is in office 5x a week. 

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet Candidates and get them situated in conference rooms
  • Make sure that interviewers have all tools necessary for interview 
  • Order lunches for candidates during day long onsite interviews
  • Work with building to register candidates with security 
  • Heavy scheduling, sometimes in different time zones
  • Outbound call activity to schedule structured phone interviews with candidates
  • Processing candidate reimbursements 
  • Proactive follow up with candidates
  • Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Liaise with recruiting firms and schedule catch up calls with them
  • Liaising cross departmentally with different hiring managers and colleagues
  • Travel arrangements for candidates when needed 
  • Assist with events
  • Operate with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Assist recruiting team with projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Keen attention to details, with superb organizational skill (obsessive checklist-makers welcome!)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining a high standard of work and a strong sense of urgency
  • Tenacious and self-motivated to be excellent in everything you do
  • Creative problem-solver, unafraid to try new approaches
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn about our business, with a strong desire to make meaningful impact
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary: 
$85-140K (DOE) + Bonus + Amazing benefits/perks 
 
Hours: 
9am-5pm + flex for occasional OT
