Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Wealth Management Firm in Memphis, TN

Our client, a well-known and respected Wealth Management Firm, is looking to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant to support their CEO in their Memphis, TN office. This is an incredible opportunity to support a dynamic, extremely driven, and brilliant individual.  The successful candidate must have the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as a very hardworking mentality and sunny disposition. This is a hugely team driven environment and the ideal candidate will work well with direct reports as well as the larger team. This role requires the candidate to be in office on a hybrid basis (3x a week in and 2x a week WFH—working around the executive’s schedule).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide top notch Executive & Personal support to the CEO
  • Organize and coordinate full travel arrangements (domestic and international) for business and personal needs
  • Maintain a high-volume schedule and personal calendar and maintain contacts
  • Prepare and submit personal and business expenses
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Screen and handle calls, provide information, take messages
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Liaise with drivers, household staff, decorator, etc., and set protocols 
  • Coordinate kids' schedules
  • Coordinate dining reservations and help plan events
  • Brainstorm and purchase gifts and handle returns
  • Assist with various office needs and tasks
  • Run errands when needed
  • Tackle ongoing ad hoc projects as requested

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10-15+ years working for C-Suite execs preferably out of a financial services firm
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Detail-oriented, organized and punctual
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Must be dependable, hold confidentiality and possess discretion
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent process management skills
  • A flexible and positive approach to the job is a must!
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

SALARY:
$80-100K (DOE) + discretionary bonus +  excellent benefits

HOURS:
8/8:30am-5:30/6pm + 24/7 mentality
