Executive Assistant to the CEO, President & team at boutique PE fund

Our client, a prominent Private Equity Firm, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President at their NYC Midtown Office. This is a hybrid role working in office 4 days/week and WFH Fridays. This is a great opportunity to support a team of committed and talented individuals at a wonderful, close-knit firm. The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude, be highly motivated, a team player, and have a great work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain high-volume, ever-changing calendars and schedules both professionally and personal for the CEO and President
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agent for the CEO, President, and investment team
  • Submit expense reports for investment team
  • Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, catering and other special events
  • Assist with kitchen and conference room maintenance, as directed
  • Build and maintain good relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization
  • Ad hoc projects, special assignments as requested, including client facing work 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-8 years of related experience in finance
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality is critical
  • Ability to multitask with changing priorities in a timely manner, while maintaining high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solve independently and propose innovative solutions
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Must have can-do attitude and be willing to run errands if needed 
  • Must be tech-savvy 
  • College degree preferred
SALARY
$90-110K (DOE)+ Bonus + Great benefits/perks
 
HOURS
9:00am – 5:00pm + flexibility if needed
