Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced Hedge Fund in Midtown, is seeking a highly proactive and adaptable Sr. Executive Assistant to support 1-2 senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys both executive-level support and project ownership. This role is in office 5x a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and serve as the primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee and drive various business and special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Communication & Coordination: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation, organize meetings, and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Event & Office Management: Plan and execute team events, social gatherings, and office initiatives while managing office operations, vendor coordination, and supply inventory.
- Operational Oversight: Support the executive in day-to-day administrative and personal matters, including liaising with vendors, processing documentation, and managing logistics for office moves.
- Cultural & Community Engagement: Assist with internal team engagement, philanthropy efforts, and company-wide initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in a high-level administrative and project management role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Ability to work flexibly in response to shifting priorities in a high-energy environment.
SALARY:
$210-220K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + almost fully covered benefits and great perks
HOURS:
8:30am-5:30pm + availability for OT
