Office Administrator at New York based firm

Our client, a boutique corporate office in Midtown, is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. The candidate will maintain the office and also provide administrative support as needed.  This person should have a sunny disposition, and a nothing is beneath me attitude.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee firm's conference rooms including: calendar, maintenance, setup  
  • Greet incoming guests 
  • Liaise with building management on all external visitors and vendors 
  • Maintain and oversee office cleanliness - coordinate with maintenance team
  • Purchasing of all supplies for office, pantries and mailrooms as well as maintenance of all inventory
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mail and various courier packages       
  • Stocking and maintenance of copy rooms 
  • Oversee all facility planning/space allocation and/or construction
  • Help plan and execute internal and external events
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • True team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and warm disposition when greeting guests 
  • Familiarity with various office equipment and MS Office Software
  • College degree strongly preferred
SALARY 
$60-75K (DOE) + discretionary bonus 

HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm 5x a week onsite
