Part-time (10 hour/week) EA to Cannabis Brand Founders--Remote

Our client, a fast-growing national cannabis brand, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the company’s Co-Founders. This is a high-exposure, entrepreneurial role that reports directly to the company's CEO. It is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and excited to work alongside dynamic leadership in a growth-stage environment. The role will begin at approximately 10 hours per week, with significant potential to expand into a full-time opportunity over time as the company continues to scale. This position can be fully remote; however, preference is given to candidates located in the NYC tri-state area who are able to attend trade shows and in-person events as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and other Co-Founders, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
Arrange and manage domestic travel logistics and detailed itineraries
Process and track expenses
Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows and industry events across the NY tri-state area
Attend select trade shows with founders to provide on-site support
Support project management initiatives and track key deliverables
Assist with ad hoc projects and operational needs as the business evolves
REQUIREMENTS
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
Experience supporting senior executives or founders preferred
NYC tri-state area strongly preferred
HOURS & COMPENSATION
Approximately 10 hours per week to start
