Executive/Personal Assistant to Founder of Construction/Design Firm in Hauppauge, NY

Our client, a luxury high-end construction/design firm is looking to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder in Hauppauge, NY.  This is an exciting opportunity to manage the professional and personal responsibilities to the founder of a dynamic creative firm.  The ideal candidate will be a motivated, intelligent person who would like to play a key role in the firm's success. This role is 5x days/week in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage busy professional and personal calendar for the Founder.
• Have a very responsive personality and ability to perform accurately when handling multiple time sensitive matters.
• Monitor closely the Founder's email for meetings to schedule and events to calendar.  
• Be an energetic and proactive problem solver.   
• Be promptly responsive to calls, emails, and texts from Founder.
• Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with all clients and internal employees.
• Help with light event planning - firmwide and personal.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
• Run errands, including personal errands, as needed.
 
REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of Executive/ Personal Assistant experience supporting a senior level executive.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, make good decisions, anticipate what actions need to be taken and determine what solutions should be implemented.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Construction/marketing background a plus.
• Knowledge of AI a plus.


SALARY
$85-90K + bonus + benefits

HOURS
9am-5pm Monday-Friday
