Our client, a global private equity firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support two a team of Executives in their beautiful Midtown office. This is a very busy role, so strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, extensive experience managing ever changing calendars and travel plans and strong follow up skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, and have an “all hands on deck” mentality. Candidate must be a strong communicator, proactive and hardworking. This role is great for a skilled EA looking for a wonderful place to call home for a long time to come. The firm is in a hybrid model Monday through Thursday, remote on Friday with flexibility one day per month additional remote day based on the needs of the business. Ideal candidate will be out of an other PE firm, Hedge Fund or Asset Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings and manage both personal and work calendars for the Executive
- Manage and book Executive’s personal and work travel
- Maintain Executive’s calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
- Submit expense reports
- Keep Executive organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
- Coordinate with peers on the Admin team
- MUST have high regard for family and employee confidentiality
- Ad hoc personal projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years executive and personal assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment
- Proactive, forward-thinking
- Ability to manage up
- Exceptional judgment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SALARY
Up to $100-$120K + Discretionary bonus + lunch daily when in office + 100% coverage of benefits + 401K and match + Generous PTO

9:00am-6pm + 24/7 avail via phone and email as needed
