Our client, a well-known global consulting firm is looking to hire a star Executive Assistant to support a high-level Executive. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, have the ability to think and operate strategically and be highly proactive. The position requires 10+ years of executive and personal assistant experience. Candidate must be a strong communicator and hardworking. The Executive covers the financial world so finance experience would be strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings and manage both personal and work calendars for the Executive
- Manage and book personal and work travel for Executive
- Maintain their calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
- Submit timesheets and expense reports
- Keep Executives organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
- Coordinate with peers on the Admin team
- MUST have high regard for confidentiality
- Ad hoc personal projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years executive and personal assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment
- Proactive, forward-thinking
- Ability to manage up
- Exceptional judgment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SALARY
$125-135K + benefits
HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for minimal OT
