Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm located in Midtown East, is looking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to provide support to 3-4 Senior Executives. This candidate must have applicable experience, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team! This role is in the office 5x/week.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Providing administrative support, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Organize in person meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary, and coordinate events
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents and reports
- Manage the preparation and submission of expense reports
- Answering incoming phone calls and accurately taking messages
- Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
- Back-up other administrative staff when needed
- Light personal support if needed
- Ongoing ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of applicable administrative experience - in private equity or investment/asset management is a very strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized & dependable person with keen attention to detail
- Great work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with ease
- Prior history of working with private and sensitive information and maintaining full confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams
SALARY:
$110-$120K (DOE) + EXCELLENT benefits/package upon converting to perm
HOURS:
9am-5:00/5:30pm (DOE) + flexibility as needed
