Our client, a prestigious global investment firm, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a team of first-year healthcare tech professionals (7 associates). This role is fully in-office, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of junior investment professionals
Answer incoming calls and assist with routine inquiries
Manage dynamic calendars and scheduling via Outlook
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and occasional client entertainment logistics
Assist with the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Help coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Submit and track expense reports using Oracle (training provided)
Maintain and organize confidential records and documentation
Pitch in on special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Provide backup support to other team members and admins during absences

REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years of experience in a professional office setting (internships or hospitality experience welcome)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Positive attitude and team player mindset

SALARY:
Up to $70K–$85K base + paid OT after 45 hours + discretionary bonus + 80% covered health & dental + 401K (3% match) + great perks

HOURS:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed
