Executive Assistant to team at PE Firm in Midtown (5x a week in office)

Our client, a well-established PE firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a team of junior to senior-level professionals (approximately 10–12 individuals). This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, handling a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare/distribute meeting materials
Arrange and coordinate complex, multi-city business travel; manage related itineraries and expense reimbursements
Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents with accuracy and organization
Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion
Support compliance reporting requirements for each executive as needed
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across the firm to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Step in to provide coverage or support when other EAs are out of office or need assistance
Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs and working styles
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience as an admin professional supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
HOURS: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Monday through Fridays in person SALARY: $100K–$120K base + discretionary bonus + 100% covered medical, dental, and vision + 15 days PTO + additional outstanding benefits ($130K total cash comp).
