Executive Assistant to team at PE Firm in Midtown (5x a week in office)

Our client, a well-established PE firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a team of junior to senior-level professionals (approximately 10–12 individuals). This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic investment firm and provide critical support to a high-performing team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, handling a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare/distribute meeting materials
  • Arrange and coordinate complex, multi-city business travel; manage related itineraries and expense reimbursements
  • Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents with accuracy and organization
  • Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion
  • Support compliance reporting requirements for each executive as needed
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across the firm to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Step in to provide coverage or support when other EAs are out of office or need assistance
  • Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs and working styles
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience as an admin professional supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
HOURS:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Monday through Fridays in person 

SALARY:
$100K–$120K base + discretionary bonus + 100% covered medical, dental, and vision + 15 days PTO + additional outstanding benefits ($130K total cash comp).
