Recruiting Coordinator at Midtown Quant Hedge Fund (Hyrbrid)

Our client is a leading quantitative hedge fund known for its collaborative culture, data-driven investment approach, and high-caliber talent are seeking a polished and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join their lean Talent Acquisition team and help them build out the team during a high growth period. You'll support the full recruiting lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to create a seamless and thoughtful process. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting or HR coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is excited to grow within a top-tier financial firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams and calendars

  • Manage communications and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the candidate experience

  • Maintain job postings and keep applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external recruiters on candidate pipeline management

  • Assist with interview prep materials, post-interview follow-up, and logistics coordination

  • Help optimize and streamline internal recruiting operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of professional experience (recruiting, HR, or financial services strongly preferred)

  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and fast-moving schedules

  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Self-starter who thrives in an environment where initiative and follow-through are key

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

HOURS: 
9am-5pm + flex for OT as needed 

SALARY: 
$75,000 – $85,000 base + bonus + full benefits
