Our client is a leading quantitative hedge fund known for its collaborative culture, data-driven investment approach, and high-caliber talent are seeking a polished and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join their lean Talent Acquisition team and help them build out the team during a high growth period. You'll support the full recruiting lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to create a seamless and thoughtful process. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting or HR coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is excited to grow within a top-tier financial firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams and calendars
Manage communications and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the candidate experience
Maintain job postings and keep applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external recruiters on candidate pipeline management
Assist with interview prep materials, post-interview follow-up, and logistics coordination
Help optimize and streamline internal recruiting operations
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of professional experience (recruiting, HR, or financial services strongly preferred)
Polished communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and fast-moving schedules
Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter who thrives in an environment where initiative and follow-through are key
Bachelor’s degree preferred
