Our client, a global investment firm based in Midtown East, is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant, to support 2 Partners. They will manage multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly. Learning and professional development opportunities are substantial. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating intricate schedules across multiple time zones; must have a deep understanding of multiple Virtual Conference Platforms (Teams, Zoom etc.) to include different links for different participants
- Exceptional communication skills - keeping executives well informed of commitments and responsibilities
- Manage dynamic and ever-changing calendars and commitments
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements – including passport renewals and travel Visas when needed
- Preparation and tracking of detailed expense reports within the Concur expense management system
- Liaising between senior management and reception to ensure guests are properly added to security and conference rooms/desks are reserved
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Printing and fulfillment of marketing decks and related materials
- Ad hoc assignments / projects as needed, including providing mentorship to other admins
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years’ experience supporting multiple Senior / C-level Executives, ideally out of finance
- A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting, poised and able to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, positive and personable with excellent communication skills and upbeat “can do” attitude

SALARY:
$120-$125K (DOE) + excellent benefits (including a fully covered option for employees) + bonus opportunity + 401K + perks
HOURS:
8:30am-5:30pm +
flexibility (
on call after work hours if needed).
This role is in the office 5x a week for the first 30 days, and will flex to 4x a week thereafter.
