Temp Executive Assistant to support CEO of Midtown Fin-Tech Firm

Our client, a fast growing Fin-Tech Firm, located in Midtown, is looking to bring on an exceptional Temp Executive Assistant (3-5 month) to provide comprehensive support to their CEO. This role is crucial in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is in office 4-5x a week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Time management & scheduling - you will constantly tackle, block, and prioritize how the CEO is spending his time with the ultimate goal of enabling him to do his best work. Handle calendar management for the CEO and OCEO Team
Assist with day-to-day administrative support including coordinating meetings with senior advisors, board members, executives, and investors. Efficiently manage the CEO's daily schedule, ensuring meetings are timely and well-prepared with necessary materials and A/V support.
Collaborate with the OCEO team to identify ways to create efficiencies and lift for the CEO
Liaise and build relationships between executives and their EAs across the organization
Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO and OCEO Team
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the CEO and OCEO Team
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of prior experience supporting a C-Suite executive at best-in-class organizations
Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software tools
Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills paired with proactive/positive attitude, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creation and management of executive-level communications
High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience implementing new processes or improving existing ways of working to optimize leaders’ time
Strong work ethic and positive attitude paired with a willingness to collaborate and work across different teams, leaders, and peers in a global setting
Ability to be agile and shift in a dynamic and fast moving environment, and learn and adjust as needed
Willing to work out of our office in NYC 4-5 days per week
