Executive Assistant to an MD, 2 Directors & Small Team at Boutique Private Equity Firm

Our client, a boutique private equity firm located in Midtown, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support an MD, 2 Directors and the Client Solutions team.  The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized and proactive with the ability to multitask and hit the ground running. They will possess superb verbal and communication skills with a flexible and positive attitude. This role is 5x a week in office.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain high-volume, ever-changing calendars and schedules
  • Organize and coordinate meetings
  • Set travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
  • Process expenses reports
  • Coordinate internal and external events 
  • Manage phones: screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
  • Print and bind presentation materials and booklets
  • Work closely with admin team
  • Ad hoc projects, special assignments as requested, including client facing work
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5-10 years of related experience in finance
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality is critical
  • Ability to multi‐task with changing priorities in a timely manner, while maintaining high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solve independently and propose innovative solutions
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Must be tech-savvy 
  • College degree preferred

SALARY
$140K + Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Perks and Benefits
 
HOURS
8:30/9am-5:30/6pm + flexibility if needed
